Formed in 1999, we (Trevor Jones ACIB, ACT, Cert CM and Hilary Roberts BA (Hons.), Dip. Couns., Post Grad Cert Supervision) set out to help organisations wanting to increase sales in a consultative and ethical way. It was clear from the outset that to improve performance the right approach to managing people and other resources was an essential factor.

The keystone to any successful enterprise, whether it is in the private or public sector, is knowing how to look after their people for the long term. To put it another way, it is very difficult to be successful without good leaders and management!
