Hilary is a qualified Counsellor and Counselling Supervisor, working in both the private & public sector. She has also lectured on Counselling Training Courses.

Her considerable experience enables her to work with employees to resolve their personal and work-related issues. She has trained and qualified in several approaches and can identify the techniques & strategies most likely to be of help to each individual.

Hilary has Senior Accredited status with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and is a member of the BACP Workplace (previously the Association of Counselling at Work).

During the past 10 years, she has helped employees of several blue chip companies and works closely with Employee Assistance Programme providers.
